Nature Tourism Nature Park Youtefa Bay Jayapura Papua – This tourist attractions in Jayapura is a natural tourist park that has the beauty of enough attention to the traveler. The area of Youtefa Bay itself is 1,675 hectares located in the middle of Yos Sudarso Bay.

The Youtefa Bay Nature Park includes a small bay in the bay of Yos Sudarso designated by Decree of the Minister of Agriculture number: 372 / Kpts / Um / 6/1978 dated June 9, 1978. Then in 1996, the legal status of the Youtefa Bay Area was strengthened by the issuance Decree of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia. To the north is bounded by the cape of Pie – the coast of Yos Soedarso Bay, to the east bordered by the eastern shores of Youtefa Bay, the hills of Mount Mer and Mount Tiahnuh and part of the Entrop – Abepura road. In the south it borders part of the Abepura – Nafri highway, and on the west by the hills of Sesekokyamokah mountain.

Flora and Fauna
On a flat expanse with a height not exceeding 75 asl, which has organosol-alluvial soil types, exactly along the beaches and headlands Kaswari Pie promontory overlooking the bay Youtefa dominated by mangrove vegetation. Lodging western edge of the Gulf coast, after the mangrove, also found the existence of a coniferous tree species kaswari marin. While the headland opposite the Pie and Kaswari the north facing bay Yos Soedarso dominated by coconut palms (Cocos nutcifera L) and also there is Ketapang (Terminalia cattapa), Pandanus sp, Callophyllum inophyllum, Baringtonia asiatica. In the area of hills that have soil types latosol, many found vegetation pioneer like a plant of the type Intsia bijuga, Pometia sp, Ficus benjamina, kind of pandanus, nuts, shrubs and some kinds of ferns and type of orchid-orchids like Dendrobium sp, Gramatophyllum papuana , Bulbophyllum sp.
In the Gulf region Youtefa Nature Park there are several species of fauna that includes aves, reptiles, insects and mammals are endangered eksotik.Many aves species groups, among others “alap-alap” (Haliastur Indus), red parrot black head (Lorius lorry), Bird King prawns and several other types of seabirds. The types of reptiles are Liasis sp, Candoia sp, Varanus sp. The types of insects are spiders, beetles and butterflies. While the type of exotic animals are long-tailed monkeys (Macaca fasicularis).
There are 3 (three) villages in the area of Nature Tourism Nature Park Youtefa Bay namely: Village Tobati is the first village existed since ancient times, then this village broke into two. This second village called Enggros comes from the word Injros which means the second village. While Nafri is a new village, the inhabitants come from distant mountains. But once they had a government that is Metu Debi which is the center of government of three villages.
The smallest kinship group in the village of Tobati and Enggros is called Batihatau Rumbeici family (local language). Here the first time someone learns the process of internalization and socialization. In addition to Rumbeici there is a larger kinship group where the lineage is sorted through the male line (Patrilineal). This kinship group is called Metuawici or clan. In one clan is not allowed to marry each other because according to custom is considered taboo. In Yos Sudarso Bay there are approximately 26 Metuawici (koentjaraningrat and bachtiar, 1963).
The clans (tribes) in Tobati Village are the Hamadi, Ireuw, Dawir, Haay, Hababuk, Meraudje, Hasor, Injama, Affar, Mano and Sremsrem clans. There are 2 large clans that head the village of Hamadi clan and Ireuw clan.
The clan in Enggros village are: Sanyi clan, Drunyi, Semra, hanasbey, Samay, Haay, Hababuk, Meraudje, Itaar and Feep. Each Clan has its own Clan leadership, Head of Clan is under great ondoafi (Charsori) and Ondoafi kampung.
The clans in Kampung Nafri are Awian, Awinero, Fingkrew, Tjoe, Uyo, Taniauw, Mramra, Khai, Hanasby, Sibri and Wamiauw clans. Head of customary government called Ondoafi, there are two ondoafi namely ondoafi Wakre and Ondoafi Sembekra who come from the tribe of Awi.
Abe Beach Fishing Area
Fishing area in Abe Pantai Asano District area is visited by many people both around the location and from other places. This area is one of the destinations of fishing.
In addition to the place is rich in the types of fish, this area is also a cool place and away from the noise, so much in demand people who have fishing hoby. But in this place does not have adequate facilities and feasible as a fishing ground.
Japanese Army Landing Memorial Site
The Memorial Site of the Japanese Army Landing Warning is one of the historical heritages. In this place the Japanese Army first landed in Jayapura during World War II. The site is located in Abe beach, Asano, District Abepura.
This site by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Inquiry and Culture is declared protected by Law No. 5 of 1992 on Heritage Objects. So that this site is prohibited from destroying, taking or removing, changing the form and separating parts, groups and entities of this cultural heritage object.
Inside the Gulf Youtefa there is a group of tribes spread in two villages namely Tobati Village and Enggros Village that can be used as one of the cultural tourism destination (culture). Tobati and Enggros residents dwell in villages called Nuch. Nuch is built on water with a mooring house. The distance between Tobat and Enggros nuch approximately 1 km. The village is shaped linear, lined up and face each other.Aggros Village setting facing the entrance of the waters of Youtefa Bay, while the village of Tobati lined from east to west.Rumah shaped rectangle with an average size of 26 x 19 feet. The house is built on a water-level pole (± 6 feet from the seabed). The home floor is made of nibun or board. Home frame made of wood with walls of “gaba-gaba” or board. Most of the roof is made of zinc that is arranged cone-shaped taper. Ondoafi’s house is bigger than the resident’s house and on the ridge the house is decorated with fish. In front of Ondoafi’s house there are para-besar (the adat) that serves as a place for holding custom parties, dance venues, meeting places or dispute settlements.

To get to Nature Tourism Nature Park Youtefa Bay by using land access can be done with several alternatives :
- From Jayapura City Center to the south is ± 2.4 mile by using the Jayapura-Entrop road segment within 15 minutes.
- From Jayapura city center, using Jayapura-Abepura roads ± 8 mile to the South is taken within 25 minutes.
- And from Abepura City ± 1.2 mile to the east of Abepura – Tanah Hitam with 10 minutes.
